I’m going to be a bit more specific on this one, but I think the same goes for any other American drink. A good bar is a place where you can sit, people talk, and you can drink. A great bar is where you can have a conversation, people watch, and drink. I like to go to great bars and be on my best behavior (not always at the same time, but at the same time).
