A friend of mine had an amazing experience visiting her childhood home in Italy just over a year ago. She was standing in her kitchen and her husband had been out of town for a long time and was not at home. They knew they needed to start the day by having a late lunch and baking cookies. They started the morning baking bread and then going to the market and buying fresh fruit and vegetables to make a breakfast for the rest of the day.
The bread was delicious and so was the fruit and vegetables, but the real highlight was the early lunch they had that included a salad, a plate of meats and cheeses, and a homemade fruit pie. The meal was so good that they ended up baking extra and spending the lunch money on the fruit pie.
If you’re going to be spending the day baking cookies, why not make a pie? This seems like a good idea, and then you can make your own pie to take with you for lunch. It’s also less likely to get you the “too much sugar” warning.
The reason why you get so many warnings from the early morning of the day is that you don’t have to eat all the fruit you’re on. The first time you eat the fruit you eat your protein first, and then your protein goes through the rest of the day too. There are some interesting things with the Italian Dish. One of the things is that it does taste good, but I think I had a bit to much red wine. I thought it tasted good though because I liked the red color.
